All products listed on our website are pre-made; some are small samples of our past creations and designs. You can order them just as they are by using our shopping cart system or
you can Email us, then we can create a custom arrangement for you. We can change flowers, colors, ribbons using the information you provide, or from a picture if you have one. We can also work on a new set designed specially for you.
We’d like to have your order at least 4-6 weeks before your wedding. Orders shorter than 3 weeks or with less than 1 week are available as a rush order with 20% additional fee.
In case of custom made, final pictures including order form with all details, prices and payment information will be sent to you via Email for product approval before shipping. You can let us know if you want to make any adjustment at no extra charge.
We offer scented flowers at your request with no extra charge. You can add a drop,
or two of our special scent to a cotton ball and place scented cotton ball down among flower stems.
Contacting us via Email is the most effective way, and we will respond to your Email promptly. We do not post our phone number online but will call brides who need to speak over the phone.
SAMPLES; In case you want to see the quality of our flowers and work before ordering, We can:
1. send you a sample of two or three flowers for free with payment of shipping ($ 6)
2. we can create any item in the set, send it to you at its regular cost .
RETURN POLICY
We accept the return of items within 10 days of receipt with a full refund or replacement order. NOTE : we must receive the items in unused condition and in the original packaging.
